General Laboratory Unit

In 2016, BIOTRUST DIAGNOSTICS started as a private medical laboratory named "DoctorLab Medical Laboratory" and provided laboratory tests service to local and international clients. Until January 2021, the co-founders team of DoctoLab Medical Laboratory has commited to provide a variety of diagnostic tests to all customers by continuously improving our laboratory quality to meet the requirements of laboratory quality management system or national and international standard. DoctorLab Medical Laboratory has been re-structured as a company with limted liability and renamed to BIOTRUST Diagnostics Co., Ltd. with the commitment to be the forefront of a quality laboratory service.

BIOTRUST Diagnostics Laboratory has implemented Quality Management System to ensure the quality standard at three phases of laboratory examination (pre-examination, examination, and post-examination). Our main objective is to be an international accredited laboratory in order to meet the expectation and satisfaction of all our clients with continual improvements to ensure consistent quality laboratory test results.

We are offering laboratory services with over 180 tests in house and collaborating with qualified and accredited partners locally and internationally to provide complete tests services to all health professionals such as public and private hospitals, polyclinics, partners, and all walk-in patients/clients. We are also commiting to expand the number of laboratory testing to be available in house with reasonable price and timeliness.

The general laboratory unit covers three laboratory areas of hematology and hemostasis, clinical chemistry or biochemistry (lipid profile, liver function, renal function, electrolytes, cardiac markers, minerals, blood disorders, miscellaneous), and immuno-serology (infectious diseases, tumor markers, endocrinology/hormonology, immunoglobulin, autoimmune, and othes).
